THE IGBO BIAFRA NATIONALISTS TASK GOVERNORS AND THE STATE HOUSES OF ASSEMBLY MEMBERS TO INSTITUTE COURT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE NIGERIAN STATE

Igbo Biafra nationalists and by extension the Igbo (Nation)nality Movement seeks a separate, autonomous, Igbo Nation state for the INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF IGBO NATION.

The Igbo Nation/Igbo race has historical and legitimate grievances and claims to both internal and external self-determination against the Nigerian state. The fact that there is mutual suspicion among the former component units or Nations of Biafra about restoring Biafra, collective gang-up, political marginalization, underrepresentation , and structural discrimination (deliberate cabination, caging and restricting of the Igbos in their homeland/region to only 5 states while other regions have 6 each ,thus unnaturally and unjustifiably making them a political minority in a country where they are arguably the largest ethnic group) is enough evidence of the intention of the Nigerian state to exterminate the Igbo race and limit them politically, economically, socially and otherwise.

Nigeria  has wilfully and consciously not represented the whole of her population and especially the Igbos. We charge and task the elected political and public office holders from state houses of assembly members, the governors, and the senators and federal house of representatives to immediately institute court proceedings against the Nigerian state at national, regional West African, African Commission(AU), and at the international level(United Nations) with the associated civil disobedience activities to seek justice for the Igbos who have suffered avoidable harm due to no fault of their own for being in a hostile, forced union like Nigeria or face the inevitability of such civil disobedience themselves whenever the Igbo population is ready and deems fit. If Nigeria can deliberately exclude, marginalise and intentionally as part of wider entrenched state policy to discriminate, and slow down the collective development and advancement of Igbo race, then has lost and no longer has any moral or legitimate claims to her sovereignty.

The latest rigging of the election against Peter Obi is because he is an Igbo whose tribe for against the war of aggression and extermination by the Nigerian state and Britain and their allies. For how long will the generations of Igbos suffer these injustices and sundry human rights abuses?

The Igbo Nation must, on account of these, seek her political status, economic and social development in her own rights, and at her own pace. Let others do the same if they so wish.
